Can you call it a primary or core or main list?
Some semblance of alphabetic country, U.S./State, then city listing would be helpful. I don’t see ID or MT where I live/travel.
I just added based off of what was sent in, happy to do some research on those areas, they were just not reflected in people’s responses.
There are hundreds of responses that I unfortunately don’t have the time to sort through and categorize now, but hope to in the future.
This took weeks and weeks of work, so I just wanted to get it out there.
