Woohoooooooooo! First tutorial!
Like I said in the video, I’m new to making direct-to-camera videos, so they will evolve as I get more used to the format.
I’m currently back home in Los Angeles visiting the fam, so this isn’t the normal background/lighting situation. Unfortunately, my apartment is not blessed with this natural light. It is blessed with silly little things to distract you with while I teach, though.
While this is a tutorial focused on a planter cover, I’m going to do another dedicated video for a basket… maybe with a lid, perhaps? I’ve yet to venture into things with lids, but it seems pretty easy.
I have fallen into that trap before, though.
Let me know if you want a separate, dedicated sheets/fabric-to-yarn tutorial. It’s pretty straightforward, and I think I covered it well, but I’m happy to dig deeper.
